SERVICE AGREEMENT
Introduction
This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made between Hervé Jakubowicz (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). By accessing or using the services offered on Kajabi (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), the Client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Description of Services
The Provider offers online casting preparation courses for actors, including:
- Training videos for casting
- PDFs of scenes
- Upcoming opportunity to schedule a coaching appointment
- Professional advice
Access to Services
Access to the services is subject to the Client’s registration and payment of applicable fees. Details of subscriptions and fees are available on the Platform.
Payment
The Client agrees to pay the specified amount for the services. Payments will be processed via Stripe, using the payment information provided by the Client.
Refund Policy
Claims and Issues
In the event of a claim or issue regarding our services, the Client must contact the Provider within 10 days of the service delivery date or receipt of the product, as applicable. To submit a claim or report an issue, please email: herve.jak@gmail.com
Claims Submission Process
- Description of the problem or dissatisfaction
- Date of service delivery or purchase
- Any relevant evidence or documentation (e.g., screenshots, receipts)
Claims must be sent to herve.jak@gmail.com within 10 days of the service delivery. Please ensure to provide the following details in your claim:
Claim Review: We are committed to reviewing all claims received within 10 business days. We will inform you of our decision and any possible corrective actions.
Refund: If the claim is validated and the service does not match the description provided, we will offer a full refund. The refund will be processed via the payment method used during the purchase. Please note that refunds will be processed within 15 business days after claim approval. A refund will be granted if the client is unable to view the videos due to a technical issue attributable to the Provider.
Exclusions Refunds will not be granted for claims submitted after the 10-day period or for issues resulting from misuse of the services. Refund requests must comply with the conditions outlined in this document.

Cancellation
No Cancellation Once the masterclass is purchased, no cancellation is possible. The fees incurred for the purchase of the masterclass are non-refundable, except in exceptional situations defined by our refund policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided on Kajabi, including but not limited to videos, documents, exercises, and images, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. These items are the exclusive property of Hervé Jakubowicz or his licensors.
Authorized Use
The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the provided content and use it solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of the content is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Hervé Jakubowicz.
Prohibitions
The Client agrees not to:
- Copy or Distribute: Reproduce, distribute, or share the content with third parties without permission.
- Modify: Alter, change, or create derivative works based on the provided content.
- Unauthorized Exploitation: Use the content for commercial purposes, including selling or redistributing the content to others.
Sanctions for Violation
Violating intellectual property rights may lead to legal action, including damages and legal fees. Hervé Jakubowicz reserves the right to take legal action in case of infringement of these rights to protect his interests and those of his licensors.
Confidentiality
The Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the Client’s personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Client agrees that their information may be used to provide services and for account management.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to use the services legally and ethically. The Provider will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the Client's use of the services.
Modifications to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform and will take effect upon publication.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Czech laws, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this country.

By using the services of the Platform, the Client agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
